When I received a call back (because no contact phone number is apparently listed for any of your service providers) I was told that the technician would call me at 9:00 a.m. The technician arrived at 9:00a.m. and was not happy that he had been calling me since 7:00 a.m. to confirm the appointment. I was not aware that I even had an appointment, due to the difficulty of understanding the English of the person answering the phone the night before. I also had just requested that my existing locks be rekeyed, NOT entirely replaced with outrageously expensive new ones that he brought with him. The technician was apparently not aware that existing locks on doors can be rekeyed, and kept telling me that the service I had requested (key all 5 doors the same way) required completely new locks.
