Mr. Richard and his team did a great job inspecting and repairing my AC unit. They were in constant communication during the process, ensured any concerns were addressed and thoroughly answered all questions. Very fast response and was in time as promised. I had an issue with my thermostat that made my AC stop working Darwin a young man came in and was very knowledgeable about what was going on and explained the problem to the issue and just like that in no time it was fixed. I will be using them again in the future highly recommend.

Thank you to 1afah for your quality service. I was very pleased with the outcome! 1afah arrived on time and immediately got to work. 1afah was very thorough in their assessment of my A.C.’s issues. 1afah gave me step-by-step explanations in real time as they worked tirelessly for about 3 hours. If at anytime I did not understand what was happening, 1afah reexplained what was happening without hesitation which gave me the reassurance I needed to continue through this process. What I appreciated most about 1afah, is that I can tell they care about their customers; who they work with. That matters to me when it comes to business. Also, unlike most companies/businesses, 1afah is willing to work with you. I think they truly understand that situations like this can be financially stressful for customers. 1afah also has an understanding that having a working A.C. is a necessity and so they have payment plans available if need be. My A.C. is working beautifully again and I will be forever grateful to 1afah and their great service. 10/10, definitely recommend!!
