Messaged him on a Saturday to fix an issue with our door not closing, and Luis was at my house within 1 hour. Luis was able to trim down the door to stop it front rubbing. Now the door closes properly. He did a great job! (First photo is the after picture with the door closed and other two photos show the rubbing issue)
