Michael and his team have really saved us - they were able to start work on a leak right away, and when it turned out the damage was far more extensive than we originally thought, he helped coordinate mold testing, worked on our behalf with the insurance company, and even referred us to a lawyer when our insurance claim was denied. He was constantly in contact with us to let us know how everything was progressing and was very honest and straightforward with our options and any next steps. He is also being very flexible with us while we work through the insurance red tape to get a settlement. Highly recommended!

I first contacted the Extreme Extraction team through Thumbtack, I was pleased to receive a fast and friendly response, thnak you Lina. The following day Michael came to inspect the problem area in the house. He gave me a thorough explanation of their work, as well as some tips and advice to prevent another mold situation. The team efficiently extracted the mold and left the area clean and sanitized. I also like the fact the they arranged for mold testing and air conditioner clean up. I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Thank you guys!

When you want knowledge on what’s going on with your home with mold and how to get it out for an affordable price this is the company you want working for you. Called on a Sunday afternoon and Mike showed up at my doorstep just 2 hours later to save my home. He quickly worked and put up a containment area of where we had a bad case of mold. He concerns were our health and how to quickly and accurately removed the mold. This profesional company gets the job done and they do it the right way making sure your whole house is not effected while also giving you comfort during the stressful time. Highly recommended company

This company is awesome and here is why: Thanksgiving afternoon I discovered a water leak in my home that had developed mold. I googled mold inspector and Thumbtack popped up. I entered some brief information and they immediately emailed me back with two different businesses. I sent each one my phone number asking if they would contact me. Friday morning at 9 AM I got a call from Michael of Extreme Extraction and Decontamination LLC. He asked me some questions and said he was within an hour from me and wanted to know if I would like him to come and take a look. Within that timeframe he appeared at my door. For the next few hours he assessed what was going on in my home and made some suggestions if I wanted to go with him. Yes I did. He explained to me exactly what was going to happen, what he was going to do and why. I could not believe I had this in my house. Before he left he had dryers going and had taken several samples within my home. He discovered I had two different issues and took pictures so I could see. On Saturday he came back to check on what he had done on Friday, told me what to watch for and he would be back Sunday and to call him if I had any questions. The drying took a couple of days and he checked on them each day, then he set up a restoration crew to come in and tear out what needed to be replaced. In a little over a week I'm ready to put back together. If you have a mold or water problem or anything, give Michael a call and talk to him. He's honest and will tell you what needs to be done.
