Contacted Pro Quality Plumbing on a Tues., their technician Luis arrived the next morning at 10am promptly as scheduled. Luis was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He got right to work to reset a toilet with a broken flange and replace two shut off valves. He worked quickly, efficiently, cleaned up when finished, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The final cost was more than fair for the quality of service and the peace of mind that I have knowing that nothing leaks. I will definitely use Pro Quality Plumbing again.

I reached out to have two sink faucets replaced. Pro Quality Plumbing responded right away and someone was at my home that day. I wasn’t even charged an emergency call. We hired Pro Quality Plumbing for two different plumbing issues we had, one involving a broken PVC pipe in the wall to a tub spigot and the other being a PVC pipe from the wall to a toilet line. Pro Quality was incredibly responsive and had an immediate and thorough solution for the two problems. We had three other plumbing companies provide estimates, and they all had different ideas about how to fix the problem, including cutting huge holes in the wall. But, Pro Quality’s experience and knowledge allowed them to do a complete repair without tearing up our wall at all. Our technician was hard-working, professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We will definitely be working with this company again!

We typically get in contact with new customers by recommendations from previous customers, which we then follow up with either visit if its a Repair Service or with a Quote/Estimate if its a New Construction Project. We always keep the customer aware of all the steps we will take to assure their request is satisficed. Communication is Key!

Our plumbers have over 20 Years of experience in the Plumbing industry, also we are licensed and Insured and Follow all necessary additional trainings to keep our staff trained and up to date with the latest changes to Local Codes.
