- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the job. Most moves are charged hourly based on the number of movers required, with a two-hour minimum. For larger moves, we also offer flat-rate quotes—this usually involves an in-home visit so we can review the full inventory and provide an exact price. All of our estimates are guaranteed by contract with no hidden fees. Services like furniture assembly or disassembly are always included in the hourly rate, and we never charge extra for stairs or other surprise fees. We also provide all the necessary equipment—dollies, straps, and protective gear—at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by gathering the details of your move—this can be done through a quick call, text, photos you send us, or even an in-home visit if needed. Based on that, we prepare a written estimate with no hidden fees and send it to your email for review. Once you approve, we require a small deposit to secure your moving date and reserve the crew, since we take every job very seriously and always show up on time. After that, you’ll receive a booking confirmation. From start to finish, we keep open communication before, during, and after the move to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Our team is trained in professional packing, heavy lifting, and safe handling techniques to protect furniture, appliances, and fragile items. We also stay updated with industry best practices for local and long-distance moves.
