When my garage door wasn’t working, I read reviews and reached out to Everdoor Garage Doors. The office responded quickly and set up an appointment with Thad. He let me know when on the way, he diagnosed and explained the problem. He offered me options, I chose to replace builder grade with a Chamberlain mid-range. Thad did everything that same day. He was very professional, did a very nice job on the install with wires and cord neatly wrapped, not hanging. He picked up all boxes etc, left garage clean, and explained how everything worked. I will definitely use him again, if needed. I recommend Thad for your garage door repairs, adjustments or a new install.

We had a problem with our garage door not opening or closing and Chad came by on his way home to make sure we could close the door for the night. No other company would come out until the next day. Chad gave us estimates for 3 different services, explained the options and proceeded to do the repair. He was professional and personable and I was so happy to support a small business that is just getting started in this area. Thad came out after about 2 hours after calling him. My garage door stopped working this morning. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He knew the exact reason that the door stopped working. He included a free inspection and explained about the different parts of the door. He was knowledgeable about the codes and knowledgeable about the different pieces of the door, what could go wrong etc. He only fixed what needed to be fixed. He added the necessary struts. The cost was very affordable. I am very, very pleased and will highly recommend Thad and Everdoor in the future. I only wish they did other work. Thank you for a great job.
