Crew came out to do an inspection of our roof, which they did and then showed me the video immediately after. Not only that, they climbed back up and caulked a couple of nail heads for me for free! Will definitely be keeping their contact info for any future roof issues or problems!

I called and spoke with Agaytha telling her I have a leak. Praying I didn't need a new roof and only a repair. She was very professional and they were there within a few days to look at it. They repaired the leak and no issues since. I would highly recommend them.

First time I called Ridgevalley Bobby came out within 15 minutes of me calling and he got up on the roof to give me an estimate and I had the estimate within 30 minutes of him leaving. I cannot rave enough about this company. They did an amazing job with the roof. Cleaned up after themselves and the staff was very professional! Excellent follow up. Highly recommend.
