- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keith Menu Design creates a rough draft menu that fit s a clients budget, after client has review the menu and would like to move forward. Keith Menu Design will setup a tasting if required by client, then we would finalized menu and contract, invoice for drop-off events, and Chef Keith will do a walk-thru of event location for Full Service Events
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 1984 Chef Keith has been in the Culinary Industry working and mangering restaurants and hotels, 1996 Chef Keith became a certified Executive Chef. For 3 years Chef Keith was a Corporate Trainer opening new restaurants on the East Coast, 2003 Keith Menu Design start out as a consulting company creating and developing menus for local restaurant's in Baltimore. Chef Keith has also teach healthy cooking classes for District of Columbia Housing Authority, Keith Menu Design is a vendor for Prince George's County and District of Columbia school board.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clients should have a rough idea of guest count, venue, budget, date of event, start and finished time of event.
