Ozzy gave honest assessment of work needing to be done. He offered Repair, not replacement at 1/4 the cost of replacement. The outfit that replaced my a/c unit overcharged me, and wanted to gouge some more with complete replacement. Thankfully, Ozzy convinced me that ducts were still in good condition, only one section needed replacement, and ghe has guaranteed his work. I highly recommend him and Ice City.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. My air conditioning went out unexpectedly, and I contacted Ice City AC around 8 PM. To my surprise, they came out the same evening to take a look. After inspecting the system, they explained that I had two options: repair or replacement. I asked how soon a replacement could be done, and without hesitation, they left to get the necessary equipment and returned later that night. They worked diligently until 11 PM Eastern time to complete the installation—and they did it all in one visit. The professionalism, honesty, and commitment to getting the job done right were truly outstanding. My house is cool again, and I’m very satisfied with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

I if I could give more than five stars I would. Ozzy was incredibly quick with his response. Honest and upfront as to what my options could be. Since my air-conditioning unit is located on the roof he diagnosed the issue, took videos and pictures and then came down to show me and then discuss options. The work was done quick and everything seems to be working perfectly now. I will absolutely use Ozzy and Miami ice in the future for any of my air-conditioning needs. I’ve also referred him to three additional family members at the time of this.
