Mike is great! He was very helpful and professional. He came in to help replace a flush valve but we ended up discovering issues with the AC/heating unit and he handled all these patiently and thoroughly. He took time to explain everything even though I didn't understand the technicalities. Will definitely be contacting him for all my repairs!
