She prepared a beautiful blend of Mediterranean cuisine along with some Middle Eastern dishes, each one crafted with so much care and flavor. The homemade Dturshi was a standout, though honestly every dish was incredible. What made the evening even more special was Chef Bianca’s warm and engaging personality. From the moment she arrived, we clicked with her instantly. She didn’t just cook—she shared the stories, history, and inspiration behind each dish, which gave the meal a deeper meaning and made us feel even more connected to the experience.
