Working with Paul Rosenthal was an absolutely awesome experience! In only 4 weeks, I not only dropped 10 stubborn pounds that would not come off and got much more noticeably toned, I developed healthy portion sizes and eating habits that have stuck with me even following the 4 weeks! He created a personalized workout and nutrition plan based off of my goals and encompassed them perfectly, and both were very easy to follow and made a big impact in a short time. He was also always a text or call away to answer any questions I had along the way and very attentive to making sure I succeeded at my plan. Super supportive and responsive!
