Nixon was great from the start of our meeting for an estimate. He was fair, and explained everything that would be done. They showed up exactly when he said they would, and he, Melvin, and Daniel, repaired my fascia damage, a door frame, repainted my front door, installed new locks, and did re-caulking around my windows; at a fair and reasonable price. They were professional and explained everything they did and cleaned up after. Great guys. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Owner Nixon Elvir was very helpful in completing the repair and refreshing of my unusual leaking tile roofing situation with elastomeric sealer, in the way I wanted it (had several prior sealings over a 40-year period). He did a great job and meticulously fixed the problems I had and returned with no problem and no charge when there was a small additional problem that needed a different type repair. I highly recommend him

My roof was badly damaged from a hurricane last fall. After waiting months for the contractor I originally hired to start the repair, I called Dynasty. The team was in and out in two days leaving my roof and surrounding structure looking better than before the hurricane. All details were attended to and finished with professional touch. All members of team were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Nixon worked to make the project cost effective for me and was transparent regarding materials needed and pricing.
