- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to work with you and find a way to provide you with our service within your budget. In addition, we offer bundle discounts, credits for repeat customers, as well as referral credits if we are hired by your friends, family, or colleagues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a new customer, our goal is to make the process feel easy, enjoyable, and personal. We take the time to understand your vision, your goals, and any specific details that matter most to you. From there, we’ll walk you through our approach step by step so you always feel comfortable and confident in what’s happening. We see every project as more than just a job—it’s about building a relationship. We love connecting with new people, and many of our clients say it feels like working with a trusted friend who just happens to bring professional-level photo and video expertise. Throughout the process, we’ll stay in close communication, make sure every detail is covered, and deliver a final product that not only meets your expectations but exceeds them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members have at least 3 years of photo and video experience under their belt. This way, you are guaranteed a high quality product and excellent experience from first contact to final delivery. If you are unhappy with the results, we will resolve any objections/revisions.
