I had wrong parts to fix the toilet and he did not have any parts with him to fix it with because I told him I had the parts (but I had the wrong parts). It cost me an extra money for him to wait on me (too much I think). He did great work. He was nice and finished quickly as it was an easy job for him. ASK about the veteran discount if you qualify. : I had an issue and the Owner text me. He took steps to find a compatible solution to my issue. I will us them again.
