Stunning Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation!
We couldn’t be happier with our home renovation! Amanda and Rod took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life with outstanding craftsmanship. Every aspect—design, materials, and execution—exceeded our expectations. The project was completed on time and within budget, with no surprises. The team did a fantastic job converting our old tub into a sleek, modern shower, updating our countertops, and giving our cabinets and vanities a fresh new look with beautiful, professional painting. They communicated clearly and made the entire process stress-free. Our home looks amazing, and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality renovations!

I would highly recommend Premier Magnolia Homes!! We did a whole house renovation and it came out better than we could have ever imagined . Everything from designing, picking out finishes and all communications were done via zoom, face time, text, etc…as we were still living in Illinois during this process. Amanda and Rod and their team were so great to work with and we trusted them completely. They treated our home as if it was their own. They packed everything up prior to renovation and once completed they cleaned, unpacked and placed everything back and we were able to move right into our beautiful new home . They made the transition seamless for us. What impressed us the most throughout this whole process was their responsiveness as this was very important to us as we were still living in Illinois. They always remained only a phone call away and kept us updated continuously as to the progress and were always a pleasure to
talk to. The other thing that was quite impressive is that they finished the job on time and within budget . We will definitely will use them again in the future and as stated earlier we highly recommend them!!

After she arrived to look at my home, she informed me in a few days I would receive her quote. After waiting a week ,I never received the quote...I asked daily for the quote..After another week she said she sent the wuote..but had the wrong email..said to give her a few hours and she would resend. I am still waiting on my quote. Bummer...I liked her too.
