I’ve had a personal trainer before, but I have learned so much more on form and technique from Luiz than before. I have a shoulder injury that bothers me often and Luiz always considers my injury in our workout sessions. He is motivating, and pushes me past where I could ever push myself alone. I started training with him 9 weeks ago today; I’m down 8 pounds but the strength and definition I’m beginning to see is such a non-scale victory. He is good at checking in on eating habits, macros, and giving me planned workouts for the days I don’t work out with him. He will help make you comfortable with the equipment, give you confidence, and help you be the best version of yourself with some time, effort, and patience. For athletes and beginners alike, I highly recommend! (Just don’t take my time slot!)
