He had issues getting the right part, which delayed his progress but he pulled through and performed a perfect job. They did not put a service fee on my bill so I was a little confused when he asked kindly if I paid it. Y’all need to add that to the bills. Good job Chase!

Mr. Arnold came to my house, saw what was to be done, he gave me a price to do it. Mr. Arnold then he ask for a check, I paid him $475.00 and that's the last of him I have seen of him. He knows where I live, but has not come by to see when he could do the job. No notes on the door or anything showing his want to do the job. Now I want him to refund my money by Band Check mailed by the bank to me. I ask him to call me with a phone that allows caller ID, no calls. These are the facts from my side of it.
