I hired Doug for a customers house I was helping to remodel before they moved in. He came in very professional and gave me a quote. I had to crews at the same time giving quotes and he was sooo kind. I love how people can work in the same area together and not feel threatened by one another. He followed up, sent quotes, gave us options and quotes to fit exactly what the customer wanted. When he was done with the job, there was one area in the master bedroom I didn’t like it and I told him and he got a new piece in and installed it with no questions asked. Customer service was and is very important for him. The customers were very happy! 😊 I Really appreciate all his hard work and his crews. He has officially been added to my vendor list. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Great Job Doug and his crew!

I considered the carpet installation at my home a difficult job due to the fact that I have a house full of furniture and many hallways and closets that needed to be carpeted. Doug's team moved the furniture as required in each room, removed the old carpet and pad that had been in place since 1987, vacuumed the concrete floor, and installed a new pad and the carpet of our choosing. The job was done flawlessly. They even removed an old tile foyer that we wanted to be carpeted instead of tiled and repaired some termite damaged baseboard. All this was done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Doug and his team.

Doug shows excellent attention to detail and is able to deal with spaces that many installers would find troublesome. He did an excellent job on my husband's former home and on my own house. He leaves everything spotless!
