My wife and I purchased a condo in Hallandale Beach and come to find out the seller renovated the unit without getting the proper permits. Being from Rhode Island I had no idea where to even begin to rectify this problem. I first went to the city to see what needed to be done and realized right away I was way over my head when it came to rectifying the problem. I contacted some general contractors only to realize that I had a major problem on my hands. I finally met with Mr Marco Antola of Antola Services. Mr Antola from the very first day assured me that would be able to resolve all the issues with the city. The day I signed the contract he got busy getting everything in order to fix our problems. There were permits to pull and code violations to be dealt with. Every step of the way he kept me informed on what he was doing. He works extremely well with the inspectors to resolve any repairs that need to be made to bring everything up to code. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a general contractor to first call Mr Antola because you will know right away you’ve made the right choice. And you’ll know five stars just aren’t enough when your project is complete.

Mr. Antola is very knowledgeable about residential renovations and was able to guide us thru the complex world of permits and construction the right way. His approach to problem solving allowed him to hold excellent communications with employees, inspectors, and us as customers thru the whole process.
