Our pricing is transparent and based on the level of service you need, with no hidden fees. We offer two clear options: Full Management: 20% of the rental fee. This is ideal for a completely hands-off experience. Partial Management: 15% of the rental fee. Perfect for property owners who want some involvement. There is also a fixed monthly management fee of $180, which covers all marketing and management activities for your property.

Our process is designed to be straightforward and clear, ensuring we are the right fit for your property management needs: Initial Phone Consultation: We start with a brief call to understand your needs and the current status of your property. On-Site Property Tour: We’ll schedule a visit to your property to provide recommendations and a personalized assessment. Agreement & Onboarding: If you decide to move forward, we’ll provide all necessary documentation electronically for a smooth and simple start.
