While we did not move forward with a Service Repair because it would have cost more than replacing the unit, I was blown away by how incredibly thorough the assessment was and appreciated the honesty and transparency regarding the work and pricing. Had the repair been possible, I know for a fact that I would have moved forward with them with no doubt in my mind that the issue would have been resolved carefully and completely. I look forward to working with them in the future should the need arise.

They did such a good job with our dryer! The first time he came out he spent a couple hours taking everything apart and finding the issue. When he came out the second time to replace a broken part he spent almost 3 hours testing everything when the new part only partially fixed the dryer. In the end he discovered a wiring issue that can’t be fixed. We were informed that the new part will keep our dryer mostly functioning for a few months, but we will have to get a new one. Since he was unable to completely fix the problem we weren’t charged for the service. Overall, he was professional, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable. We will definitely hire him again should we have any problems in the future!
