Igor and Orlando Appliace Master are GREAT! First, they responded immediately on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled me for 10:00 AM the next day.
Great Communications and Coordination to understand the problem with my refrigerator including the commitment to show up with the right part(compressor).
Igor showed up on time and quickly tested and confirmed the problem and immediately began work to replace the compressor.
Igor was very knowledgeable, professional, worked diligently, and completed the repair in two hours. Igor was very personable and explained the warranty as well as committed to return promptly if anything were to happen with the part or installation.
Every aspect of my experience was handled with absolute professionalism and expertise that would satisfy and please anyone.
Orlando Appliance Master did not charge me for an expedited weekend appointment nor a separate trip charge and the total charge was less than other quotes from local technicians who could not come until 3 days later.
These guys know how to deliver the best customer service and overall experience! I strongly recommend Orlando Appliance Master! 10 Stars !!!

Has done a better job servicing my GE refrigerator than GE has. Orlando Appliance is quick to respond and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!

Would highly recommend for appliance repair. The tech that came out on a Saturday and provided updates on his ETA prior to arrival. He ordered the part the same day and came back as soon as he received the part to complete the repair. Great communication and service!!

Nick was very honest and did the initial service call to make sure it wasn’t the compressor and tried to get the fridge to limp along for another day. However, it was the compressor-The next tech had the capability to install the compressor- he, too wanted to see any other alternative, again there wasn’t any. Both cleaned up the areas very good and put all the fridge parts back so I wouldn’t have to. This was all done in one day! Service call was more expensive than the others, but put towards the job if hired. Also, it was worth it because they came right away, same day and got the fridge back running.
