Customers should know that our pricing is competitive and reflects the high-quality service we provide. We offer a free, no-obligation estimate based on the size of the area and the type of cleaning required. We also offer discounts for repeat clients and bundled services. Any additional fees will be clearly communicated beforehand, with no hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first conduct a thorough assessment of the space. I listen carefully to the customer’s needs and concerns, whether it’s heavy stains, high traffic areas, or specific materials that require special attention. Then, I provide a personalized cleaning plan and give an estimate. Once approved, we schedule the cleaning and ensure everything is up to the customer’s satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years, I have completed various training programs related to tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, and upholstery care. I’ve also kept up to date with the latest cleaning techniques and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service for my clients. Additionally, I hold certifications from recognized industry associations in the cleaning and restoration field.
