I’m writing this review strictly from a price basis. I spoke with a rep from this company and agreed on a price for my two dogs. Upon the groomer showing up, she didn’t know where to find us even though we gave the location which isn’t that bad. Up until the groomer got to the location after she got lost, she took a look at the dogs and told me what will be done. Keep in mind I told them the weight (24 lbs and type of mini poodle mix). I’m guessing she weighed them herself and it showed (30 lbs) which isn’t that far from the original weight. They up charged us $40 extra dollars each dog. Which is absurd because that’s not really a big difference in weight. End of story we got the dogs back after the rep called us after negotiating with the groomer on the price to charge. First I was told $30 more then when rep called back $40 more which makes no sense. I decided to go with a different company based on the increasing of the price as I know it’s a convenience to have the opportunity to use mobile grooming, but I honestly took off from work early, walked them before the groomer got here, etc. very inconvenient in my opinion. I never experienced a grooming from them so I can’t judge them based on experience.
