FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable and straightforward. I charge a $75 flat fee to show up, which covers my time, setup, and expertise. From there, each hole is patched and textured for $25 to $50, depending on the size and complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions about the job — what needs to be repaired, how many holes or areas are involved, and whether there's any texture matching needed. Photos are helpful, but I'm also happy to schedule a quick visit if needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Management, which has helped me run my business professionally and communicate clearly with customers. On the hands-on side, I’ve been doing drywall work for 3 years, gaining real-world experience in patching, mudding, and texture matching. In addition, I’ve spent the last 5 years working as a maintenance technician for FedEx, where I’ve developed a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to doing the job right — all of which carry over directly into my drywall work.
