Very expensive for work performed. Pricing structure odd in that Deep cleaning ($299) does not include Std cleaning of $150. We were charged for both and were told the deep cleaning was charged because he went on the roof? The service tech also wanted to upsell us squirrel screen for the exhaust vent ($150).They don't use a vac to clean the vents, and we ended up providing the trash bag for what was cleaned out of the duct. The owners did make a $50 adjustment.
