1) I have no trace of an American accent when I speak German. 2) Because I am American, I know exactly what the pitfalls are that English speakers experience when learning German. I have been learning French with Sheree for some time now and have found her professional and very responsive to my learning style and current level. She developed and implemented a very easy-to-follow structured approach. In addition to her French language skills, Sheree is very knowledgeable and has a great appreciation for the French culture, as a result of her extensive French travel experience. She has been very responsive to my questions concerning the differences between American and French customs and practices. Currently, Sheree customizes our sessions to meet what my specific goals are, while still maintaining a logical and progressive structure for each lesson. I highly recommend Sheree as a French tutor.

Can't say enough about the process Sheree uses to teach her students. Learning the correct grammar at my own Individual pace was highly important to me. The lessons are structured for me to understand and Sheree is patient with my abilities. I enjoy our weekly lessons and I also have a new great friend.....nothing better than that.!

Sheree is a wonderful tutor! Her lessons are always fun and engaging. You can tell that she really wants you to be successful in the language learning process, as she is strategic in the pacing of her lessons and her teaching. She does a great job of holding me accountable to correct pronunciation, interjecting with purpose, while also allowing me space to learn and be successful on my own. I have very much enjoyed her support and expertise so far!

Sheree is a fantastic tutor! Having lived in German speaking countries, Sheree has a solid grasp on German culture. I highly recommend Sheree to anyone who wants to learn German at a higher level with a refreshing style of teaching. Per my son (a high school student), she makes sure that each lesson is a blend of culture, speaking, and grammar as to not be repetitive. She is very patient and funny and as such, her lessons are never boring. Sheree also makes sure to never force her students into memorization as she doesn’t believe in memorization. In addition, she is very flexible with scheduling and lesson plans.
