Our packages are based on a Client-Provides-Alcohol model, giving you control over your selections and budget. From there, we offer tons of customizable options to fit any event—plus homemade mixers, fresh fruit purées, and sugar-free alternatives to ensure every guest has something to enjoy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
🍋 Citrus & Sage Mobile Bar – Booking Process 1. Initial Contact Reach out via our contact form or reach out with your event details. 2. Consultation We’ll schedule a call to discuss your vision, guest count, and customized bar needs. 3. Estimate You’ll receive a detailed estimate outlining your selected package and add-ons. 4. Approval Once you’ve reviewed and approved the estimate, we’ll move forward. 5. Contract Signing We’ll send a service agreement to secure the details of your event. 6. Deposit & Payment Schedule A deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed payment schedule. 7. Event Day We arrive early, set up your mobile bar, and provide flawless service—so you can relax and celebrate with your guests.

A licensed and insured bartender in the state of Florida, I bring years of bartending expertise combined with over 20 years of customer service experience. My background ensures every event is handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on creating an exceptional guest experience.
