AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE DOOR BEING LOCKED AND SHE WAS COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDING AND COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT WHILE WE FIXED IT. THE CLEANING WAS DETAILED/ WELL PRICED IN A TIMELY MATTER AND I WOULD ABSOLUTELY HIRE AGAIN. THANKS AGAIN!!

Broke the faucet to the sink and when I asked about it, she said I couldn’t prove that she did it but when I left the house, it clearly wasn’t broken. Even though it was a rental I had to pay $150 to get it fixed when I moved out. Then when I got home and I was walking around specifically the spare bedroom and the bathroom, it didn’t even look like she cleaned at all. I sent her pictures and she said she was having some personal problems. Of course I can understand we all go through things, but she even admitted after I sent the pictures that she did a bad job. I don’t want to down her too much. She was nice but the cleaning was horrible and not to mention she cost me an additional 150 for breaking the faucet. Because I was moving out if I would’ve had a receipt the company would have reimbursed me. I asked her for a week, sent over five texts and she kept saying she would send it, she would send it and never sent the receipt so of course never got reimbursed for the cleaning as well. Again, I don’t want to downgrade her, she was nice enough, but like I said just a horrible cleaning and cost me even more money.
