- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to Thumbtack's automated quote systems, the prices we send are estimates based on the inputs you select. Our prices are generally firm but do change based on the condition of the home under extreme circumstances. We confirm all of this with you before the job starts to ensure there are no misunderstandings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ambush believes every customer is unique and need a customized service. We always inspect the home or business first and ask our customers for every detail that is needed to come up with a plan of attack to eliminate and control the pests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training in my industry and am a licensed and insured company.
