Based on the conversations we had through the chat and the attempts I made to contact you without success, we kindly request that any type of complaint or message be sent directly through the app. We are fully confident in the quality and excellence of our work. Everyone who works in our company has a basic understanding of English, and we also have online support that assists us with direct communication with clients. We never use the client’s home phone under any circumstances, as we respect each person’s privacy and space.
