Our Pilates Program offers custom-tailored classes where residents can strengthen their bodies, calm their minds, and connect with each other. From dynamic power Pilates classes to soothing slow flows, our Pilates classes create space for residents to come together and improve overall well-being. If your goal is to foster community and prioritize resident wellness, our Pilates-focused luxury amenity is the solution you've been seeking.

Omgsh! We had the best time and an amazing workout with Elisha & Nicole at my best friend's bach party. So many little details went into their planning from a special playlist to ginger shots & cold towels. They were so friendly, and could tell truly love what they do! We all fell in love with them :) they also made a reel of our day which was so fun to see!!

Working with Nikki and Elisha for a bachelorette party pilates class was awesome. Nikki led a phenomenal class and communication with Elisha was wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was a killer workout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had my first private session last week. Elisha is an expert in the field of Pilates/Yoga.
After my first session after stretching I felt a 100% better. I had a stroke in 2019, and this was best investment I made thus far.
