Avery was responsive to my initial request, checked in prior to the event and was a sincere pleasure to have in our home. He captured the moments without being obtrusive, was courteous (and well dressed!), and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again!

Avery was AMAZING!! We had a large scale event that needed a videographer last minute and he was not only very responsive to our needs, but kept open communication throughout the whole process. Haven’t rec’d our photos yet but I wanted to write a glowing review based on Avery’s professionalism! Communication from the start was impressive. From the very first phone call, I already felt how genuine of a person he was. And then the day of our ceremony came and the weather did not look great at all. Thankfully, Avery was there way ahead of schedule and we were able to push our time up. I really appreciate that even before our big day, he reassured me that there wouldn’t be additional charges if our time went over. That in itself helped make the event more enjoyable. Thankfully, we were able to get some pictures before the thunderstorm came pouring down on us. We all got drenched on the beach but Avery was still clicking away, trying to get the best pictures for us. I can’t wait to see what those look like but regardless... his professionalism, willingness and positive outlook while getting soaked with us, was well worth what I paid. My husband (a man of few words) was actually the first to bring up how awesome Avery was! Truly can’t say enough great things!! Thank you from the bottom of all our hearts, Avery!! p.s.I am attaching a couple photos he kindly took with my iPhone. ❤️

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A-Optics does not do pricing in the traditional photography way. With A-Optics, we don't charge for the number of outfits you wear, we don't charge by the number of locations we select, we don't charge for the number of people in the shot, we don't charge based on what day it is, and best of all - WE DON'T CHARGE BY THE HOUR! We simply charge a flat rate for that particular photo session. Note: some restrictions may apply...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with new customers is to first discuss and get a clear understanding of the client's needs allowing us to customize the photo session to deliver the most value. This will also include providing any information and guidance that may help the client make their decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A-Optics was in the making for 20 years taking pictures and providing photo/video services to family, friends, work related events and church. Additionally, 2 years of online training courses were completed.
