So after just 2 years of building with PGI builders we had a second major roof leak. We didnt want to have this continue so we checked around and came across bone dry whom helped our neighbor next door.We met with Alex. He was so thorough in checking the attic for signs of rook leaks. In both sides of the roof the PGI builder and crown roofing failed to properly install flashing and underlayment material over the plywood roof surfaces.Alex is a great guy. Focused and gets to the source of the leaks.Alex got the team here fast about a week and kept me informed as the schedule got to the date they came onsite. The guys were hard working and polite. No blasting of music or shouting they just got to work. Alex had detailed documents with pictures of what to be repaired and the guys got it done. We were hit with heavy rain at the end of first day and they had already done enough repairs that the leaking stopped. They returned day 2 to replace an off vent and replaced some other broken tiles.Alex does a complete write up of the repairs with pictures. You wont ever see a better detailed report of your roof leak issue.These guys are the best. We tried to call crown or PGI for the second repair and they were not responding. Horrible experience with PGI and we didnt know where to turn. PGI Overcharged us and left broken tiles on the roof. So again we had Alex fix those the days his team was insight.
