Ronnie was absolutely fantastic. He had the difficult job of installing central air/heat in our very old bungalow that had no air in it. We didn’t even think we could have central heat/air but Ronnie made it possible. He install a mini splint system and it’s amazing. Ronnie had the job completed quickly. Him and his crew cleaned up after completing the job. 5 star all the way for Ronnie. His bid came in 1000s of dollars less than then other HVAC bids we had gotten. I had an excellent experience working with Weatherproof Cooling and Heating. They are highly responsive, do great work, and offer competitive pricing. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. The compressor in the condenser of our AC unit of our rental property burnt out. Given the high summer temperatures, I needed to get it fixed ASAP for the tenant. I sent a message around 9:00pm, and Weatherproof replied within minutes. They were able to come out first thing the following morning, and within minutes, had diagnosed the problem and delivered a reasonable quote. Their quote was more competitive than the three others that I obtained, and they were able to address the problem on a faster timeline than the others. By early afternoon, Weatherproof completed the project, and our AC was up and running again. They replaced the compressor, cleaned out the system, and replenished the refrigerant. I will be using Weatherproof for any HVAC issues in the future. This was one of the best service experiences I've had, and I highly recommend using them.
