I have been working with Brynne regularly since 2021. I have a pretty significant trauma history. As a result I have a developed a shopping list of disorders that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy. It took years for a proper diagnosis. 1 of which many mental health professionals discriminate against because we can be difficult. But Brynne didn't turn me away. I have been in & out of therapy for over 2 decades since I was in foster care. She is the ONLY therapist to really make me feel seen, safe & understood. She got through to me in ways others didn't. I don't think I would still be here had I not crossed paths with her. If I make it to Jan this will be the 1st year in 6 that I haven't needed a hospitalization due to si issues. She will hold the mirror so you see but in a way that doesn't make you feel shame. So you xan really unpack that stuff, process it, change behaviors, let go & heal. She is the best therapist I've ever had, & I've had many. Extremely trauma informed, educated & knowledgeable. She is kind, patient, honest & a good human. I would recommend Brynne to anyone- especially trauma survivors. Thank you Brynne for helping me. & believing in me when I didn't even believe in myself. I will be forever grateful for the work we've done. Thank you,

My wife and I have been seeing Brynne for couples therapy for a while now and we couldn't be happier with our choice!
Brynne has done an excellent job of listening to what is going on and provides excellent and actionable feedback in each session.
It's hard work, but it is helping our relationship.
