For the past 10 months Patrick has been doing a large number of projects in my house, helping me refurbish a lovely 1925 Spanish Revival house in Sarasota. From small demo to framing, drywall installation, mortar and stucco walls repair, texturing and finishing walls and ceilings after electrical and plumbing replacements, new shelving, baseboards and other carpentry jobs, cleaning out yard, garden and sheds, powerwashing and sealing brick paths and driveway, painting metal and wood railings and gates, helping me move, and really helping me make this house my new home. He takes care to understand the type of project and what you expect out of it, so that there are no surprises. He is also careful, neat and very reliable, so that it is no problem to have him around the house going after his tasks. I have been most happy with all the works he has done for me. I strongly endorse him.
