Our pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of the property. We don’t hide any fees — customers can see exactly what each service costs, including add-ons like laundry or extra rooms. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings and long-term partnerships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with a short conversation or walkthrough to understand the client’s specific needs. Then we provide a clear estimate and explain what’s included in the service. Once the appointment is confirmed, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and performs a detailed cleaning according to the agreed checklist. After finishing, we do a quick review with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience working as a professional housekeeper and property inspector for a vacation rental company. This experience trained me to meet strict hospitality standards, manage detailed inspections, and ensure that every property is 100% guest-ready before check-in.
