I discovered Chikola Duct Cleaning & Repair through Thumbtack, and Methanel was able to come out the same day. During the duct cleaning, he identified mold in our upstairs AC unit and provided clear, step-by-step guidance on how to address the problem. He also offered various options that aligned with my budget and long-term goals. I am incredibly grateful for Methanel’s exceptional work; he not only removed all the mold but also installed UV lights in each AC unit and cleaned the ducts and dryer vent. Now, I feel reassured that our air is clean and free from the risk of mold returning. Additionally, Methanel was a delight to talk to—his kindness truly made a lasting impression on me.

Matthew gave a great overview of the services over the phone and scheduling with him was a breeze as he adjusted to my schedule and timing needs. His arrival was punctual and professional. His inspection was thorough and he showed me the areas of concern with my chimney and air ducts. He explained what was wrong with them and what he would do to fix them. He worked proficiently and was attentive. Hes not one of those workers who spends half the time on their phone or with earbuds in. He was thorough on the roof for the chimney and showed me before and after photos. Did a great job, would recommend for great value and work!
