On Saturday, the owner of Monroe's & Sons Handyman Services LLC came out and gave me an estimate for some screen repairs and roof cleaning. On Sunday, he contacted me about scheduling the work for next day. I said i wasn't ready to make a decision. I was waiting for another estimate. At that point, he sent me a text saying he was no longer available for the job and followed up with an email confirming the cancellation of the job.
