Highly recommend!! Mom who had nightmare FSU student apartment issue. Only found out about it on Saturday for this Thursday that the apartment my daughter was moving into wasn't gonna be cleaned and she had three hours to get her stuff out of her apartment into this one. LYA returned my message immediately, was able to squeeze me in, and did an amazing job!! Inside cabinets, fridge etc.

Spoke with this company last month for future airbnb cleanings for our new property. There seemed to be miscommunication early on but she quoted me and I said id be in touch when we close. Well we closed and I reached out and she had no recollection of our conversation and offered to quote. No worries I reminded her. I then asked for a deep clean about a week and half out from this past Friday. She said yes and we were confirmed. The day before I reach out because hadn't heard anything. My second text she says yes we are still booked and asked for the address again. Which I had already given her days prior. She never showed. She ignored all my texts until I said I would be writing a review. Then proceeds to tell me her sister is in labor and she wont be able to come, 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. She had no intentions to reach out. The whole experience was awful. Not a reliable company. Do not recommend.
