- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount on your second event or service booked with us. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees, and we always aim to provide great value for the quality of service we deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set (date, theme/colors, venue, start & end time, and setup/breakdown time). We’ll send you a quote, and once confirmed with a 50% deposit, we provide digital design proposals for your backdrop. After your approval, we continue with planning. On the event day, the balance is due before we leave the venue
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 5 years of continuous training and hands-on experience, creating and managing events both in Mexico City and across the U.S. This background allows us to combine creativity, precision, and cultural diversity in every celebration we design.
