I have been coaching general lifestyle and competitors for the past 15 years. I offer a lot of experience as I have coached/trained over a thousand individuals. I have been afforded many opportunities due to my work ethic and experience as well. I was on The Rock’s TV show The Titan Games, and also the mascot for the Tennessee Titans.
I have spent decades in the trenches of the health and fitness industry, and I’m very passionate about relaying important information to clients of mine. Knowledge is power, and that power will bust you through any challenge in your fitness journey.

If you’re looking for a coach or personal trainer, Bartley is it! No need to look further. He truly cares about your goals and goes above and beyond to help you. Nicest guy, I’ve ever met. I purchased a 3 month package and achieved amazing results and gained so much strength following his personalized work out plan. I’m 56 and I’m able to do the monkey bars with no problem and I’ve not been able to do that since I was a kid. 😊….Even though our time has ended, I still follow his plan and his nutrition guide as I couldn’t have gotten this far without him!
