- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When starting work with a new client, our first step is always open and transparent communication to fully understand your expectations and specific needs. After this conversation, we prepare a personalized quote based on the services requested and explain our policies clearly, including cancellation terms and possible price adjustments. Please note that the quoted price covers up to 3 hours of cleaning; any additional time will be charged at $50 per extra hour. Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule the service at a time that works best for you. Our goal is to deliver excellent results and ensure your satisfaction at every stage. From the very first contact until the end of the service, we are dedicated to earning your trust and building a lasting relationship.
