- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $80 with a minimum of 2 hours. For certain projects, I can offer a fixed price, depending on the scope of the work. Once I have a better understanding of the project, I can give the most accurate quote. I always aim to provide fair pricing while ensuring high-quality results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a detailed conversation with the customer to understand the project and their expectations. I then provide an estimate and discuss possible solutions. Once we agree on the terms, I schedule the work and keep the customer updated throughout the process. I always aim to complete the project on time and ensure the customer is satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed several courses in home repair and restoration, and I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience working on a variety of projects over the years. This combination of formal training and practical experience allows me to tackle everything from roofing to plumbing and electrical work with confidence.
