There was a hiccup but they recovered well and the tech that came 2x to the house was good. Friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Thanks again Dario!This is my first time having the need to fix a garage door so I don't have much to compare to. However, their pricing seems reasonable for the problem I had (balancing new springs and overall checkup on all the functions).
