Jake is very responsive and responsible. We had a leaking toilet and water backup, and when we contacted him in the morning, he was able to schedule a visit the same day. He went above and beyond to identify the root cause—opening all three caps of our septic tank and running a water snake to clear the clog. He removed our toilet bowl and replaced the seal to ensure everything was properly fixed. At the end of the visit, he also recommended great product that we can buy from the stores that can help keep our drain pipe away from grease/clog.

This was easily the best Pro we’ve hired on thumbtack! He was polite and professional. He came running when we had a plumbing emergency from over 40 minutes away. He spent hours figuring out the source of the problem. When he thought for a second he might not be able to fix it, he wasn’t even going to charge us for hours of work. But then he found the solution and saved the day. We were so impressed and so grateful. And I don’t gush for nothing. I had another Pro for a different issue earlier in the day and that review was far less rosy. This stellar review is 100% deserved. And - while I hope never to have a plumbing issue like this again - there is no question who I’m going to call!

Jake was quick to respond and made himself available earlier than estimated for our emergency issue. He was knowledgeable about what was needed, executed on resolving the issue, then provided insight on future maintenance. He used a borescope to both ensure concerns were addressed as well as to show us how it happened/happens in drain systems, further educating us on routine maintenance. Everything was done in under an hour! To note: He first tried less expensive options than what was quoted to try and save us money. In the end, we went the route he had initially proposed but grateful for his efforts and consideration.
