Berkshire Hathaway has been managing my rental house for several years now. They found us a great renter. The renter always pays on time...except once, and the delay was communicated with us in a timely manner. (And a late fee was paid by the renter.) They are very responsive to any concerns. We had an issue while out of town and they went above and beyond to solve the issue for us. Very professional and high work ethic. Concerned for the best interests of both the renter and the owner.
